All transactions with Thunder Machine Streaming Pro are final. Due to the immediate allocation of dedicated global broadcast infrastructure, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks are provided under any circumstances.
Thunder Machine Streaming Pro delivers enterprise-grade, non-tangible digital broadcast infrastructure. Upon payment confirmation, dedicated CDN pathways, streaming servers, and bandwidth allocations are immediately reserved and provisioned for your account.
Because these resources are allocated instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are considered final at the moment of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period. Your service will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
To cancel, contact support@thundermachinestreaming.com with your account details and the subject line "Cancellation Request."
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension and permanent termination of all broadcast services. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of all costs incurred as a result of fraudulent chargebacks.
In rare cases where Thunder Machine Streaming Pro fails to meet its 99.99% uptime SLA for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues within our control, affected clients may be eligible for service credits toward future billing. Service credits are not cash refunds and have no monetary value outside the platform.
